Youth Enterprise Hub
In partnership with ZICUSO/ ZimBC, Espoir Society’s Youth Enterprise Hub empowers young people to turn their hopes and ideas into reality. Through interactive workshops, project planning, and mentorship, participants develop practical leadership, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness skills while gaining real-world experience.
The Youth Enterprise Hub program builds a strong foundation through classroom-style learning and skill development; before mentors support youth into real life situations. We support turning project and business theory into developing their own businesses. We support healthcare volunteers with a 6 weekprep course, before supporting youth into facilities where they complete an 8-week volunteer program; with the goal to prep for health care courses with partner colleges.
Throughout the program, participants benefit from:
- Practical training in health, leadership, entrepreneurship, and project development.
- One-on-one mentorship from community leaders and professionals.
- Hands-on experience bringing an idea from concept to implementation.
- Opportunities to be empowered into a meaningful career.

Habesha Girls Soccer
The Habesha Girls Soccer is a community program dedicated to empowering girls aged 7 to 12 through sport. In a culturally safe and welcoming environment, participants develop fundamental soccer skills while building confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
More than just a soccer program, it creates opportunities for young girls to build friendships, strengthen their sense of belonging, and grow both on and off the field. Bana and Lealina, our coaches, will look after this program and ensure the camp will run smoothly.
Malaika Girls
The Malaika program empowers young Black girls through mentorship, skill-building, and personal development opportunities. The program encourages participants to discover their interests, strengthen their self-confidence, and develop leadership, employment, and entrepreneurial skills.
By fostering meaningful connections and creating a supportive community, Malaika Girls inspires participants to pursue their passions and build a strong foundation for future success. Joy, the program leader, will help run this program to ensure participants are exploring their potential!
